Trube Technologies offers TrubeTech Remote Access! We can set your PC up with our remote access software so that the next time you have a computer problem, you don't have to bring in your computer. All you have to do is start the remote access program, sit back, and let us drive! We will be able to take over your mouse and keyboard for you, and see what YOU see! This can be used when you need help installing a new piece of equipment, have a virus problem, need help configuring software, or just need a tutorial on something you are trying to use. The Remote Access software is offered at no additional cost! We even charge a reduced rate when we can service you via remote! It is a win-win!

Trube Technologies HIGHLY recommends Ubuntu Operating System. Ubuntu is an alternative to Windows, and is built on Linux. Don't let that scare you though! It has the same features that you are use to in Windows, and more! Unlike Windows however, problems with viruses, malware, spyware, etc are almost non-existent! Best of all, it is FREE! Ubuntu, and all of the thousands of programs available for it are all FREE! TrubeTech will gladly set you up with Ubuntu and show you haw to easily install almost any program you could possibly need!
